We’re extremely pleased to say that the Southborough Hub buildings were officially handed over to Southborough Town Council on Friday 26th March, 18 months after work on the £10 million project first began. Fitting out of the interiors for the library and Council offices is undreway and expected to take around seven weeks.

The Southborough Civic Centre – the official name for the development adopted by the town council – includes a new hall/theatre, library, GP surgery and community rooms for local residents. A new pavilion for Tunbridge Wells Youth Football Club has also been provided as part of the project.

Southborough Town Council are thrilled to be taking possession of this exciting new facility, and we are sure that it will become a new focal point in the town to benefit the community for many years to come.
